Another savoury recipe here! I claim no credit for this one, the recipe is by Cassie Best and is found here. Mum and I whipped this up for dinner one evening and it is well worth the small amount of effort! As we were cooking for two we halved the amount of vegetables, cheese and filling. However we used 5 sheets of filo pastry and the size of dish suggested in the recipe. So if you’re making this to serve more than two people, I’d recommend using a larger dish. Also, we only pre-baked the tart for 5 minutes.
Best eaten alfresco. With a glass of white wine!
